1. Services and Warranty
Services Provided:
Sammy Electrical Services provides licensed electrical services, including but not limited to electrical repairs, installations, upgrades, and consultations. Our services are available to both residential and commercial clients in Southern California. Specific services will be detailed in our estimates or service contracts.
Workmanship Warranty:
We provide a warranty on parts and labor for 18 months from the date of service. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions.
2. User Responsibilities and Compliance
As a user of our website or services, you agree to the following:
Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information when requesting estimates or scheduling services.
Compliance with Laws: Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and codes related to electrical services, including those specific to California.
Safe Access: Respect our technicians and personnel and ensure safe access to your property when service is scheduled.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Estimates and Payments
Estimates:
We provide detailed estimates before any work begins. Estimates are subject to change based on additional work required or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, cashier’s check, bank check, cryptocurrency, Zelle, PayPal, and credit/debit cards. Using a credit or debit card is subject to a fee of 3.5% of the total charged. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Electronic Communications Consent:
By using our services, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as emails, texts, and notices posted on our website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Right to Cancel:
Under California law and the regulations of the California State Licensing Board (CSLB), you have the right to cancel a home solicitation contract or home improvement contract within three (3) business days from the date of signing. To cancel, please sign the cancellation form provided with your contract and submit it via email to:

Rescheduling:
You may reschedule a service appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $100.
5. Warranty and Liability
Workmanship Warranty:
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer an 18-month warranty on parts and labor from the date of service. Warranty claims must be reported within this period.
Limitations of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sammy Electrical Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sammy Electrical Services, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
6. Privacy Policy

Dispute Resolution:

The arbitration will be conducted in Los Angeles County, California.

Force Majeure:
Sammy Electrical Services shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, or governmental actions.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Assignment:
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations without restriction.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms, along with any service contracts and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sammy Electrical Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Customer Satisfaction and Remedies
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of the service date to discuss your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to address and remedy any issues in accordance with our warranty and these Terms.

By entering into agreements with us electronically, you consent to the use of electronic records and signatures. You agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature and constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
